Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThis hotel is a great idea, and the two upper compartments work well. My beef is with the doors on the lower, 4-hamster compartment. The doors snap on semi-permanently and are extremely difficult for a child to open. You need the doors on, though, to keep the hamsters from tumbling out. So, my daughter needs help whenever she wants to get her hamsters out. Just one hinged lower door would have made all the difference! The internal room divider rotates, so you can spin to access any hamster. You have to stick your fingers in to spin it, though. Not my favorite Zhu Zhu item.
This turned out to be quite a surprise. It’s much bigger than we thought it would be and it’s great. Pleased with this purchase.
